💵 Rates, Scheduling & Hours

• Standard Business Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Base Rate: $30 for a 30-minute visit. (Accepted payments: Cash, Check, Venmo (@Daniela-Bella), or Zelle (732-616-8474).

• Additional Dogs: +$5 per additional dog.

• Extended Time: +$15 per additional 15 minutes (at minimum) beyond the initial 30 minutes.

• Off-Hour Visits: +$5 per dog for early morning/late evening weekday visits and all weekend visits. +$10 for holiday visits (if we are open).

🐕 Safety, Operations & Standards of Care

• Time Management, Home Access & Entry: Visits are scheduled to ensure all commitments are met within set timeframes. Please ensure entry/exit access (active keyless entry codes, lockbox codes, or tested physical keys) and entryways are clear so visits run smoothly, and keep conversations brief so we stay on schedule. We can always set up a separate time to talk about your dog!

• Supplies & Gear: We bring our own leash, treats, poop bags, and harness (if needed). Feel free to leave your own supplies, especially if your dog has food allergies!

• Health & Changes: If your dog is sick, injured, or showing sudden changes in behavior, you MUST let us know so we can take proper precautions.

• Updates & Communication: We love sending photo and text updates! Leaving a notepad at the house for notes is also welcome.

• Off-Hours & Holidays: Need help outside M–F 9–5 for an event, vacation, or emergency? Ask us if we're available! When we close for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) or rare vacations, we will provide ample notice.

• Personalized Care: Our visits focus on making you and your dog happy. We listen to your dog and do what is best for them! If we notice anything awesome or anything off, we’ll let you know.

• Basic Needs: Water bowls are always refreshed. Let us know if your pup needs a meal, snack, or medication during our visit.

• Inclement Weather & Paw Safety: Please feel free to leave towels, wipes, or outerwear if needed. In severe weather or extreme summer heat/freezing pavement temperatures, operations move indoors (or walks are shortened for paw safety) while maintaining the full visit time. Please ensure walkways/steps are clear of heavy snow, rain hazards, fallen leaves, etc.

• Social Media & Privacy: You may see your dog featured on our socials, but we NEVER disclose personal or identifying information without explicit permission. Backgrounds may be altered, dog tags blurred, and names omitted.

• Enrichment & Learning: Teaching dogs comes naturally on our visits! Let us know if you have specific issues within our scope! It's possible that extra time can also be scheduled beyond standard walks (prices vary).

• Leash & Spatial Safety: ◦ Off-leash time is restricted to fully fenced yards only. ◦ We walk only 1 dog at a time (or dogs from the same household) for max safety as well as fulfilling your dogs' needs. ◦ We maintain distance and do not meet unknown dogs or humans on walks (we usually cross the street!). Let us know in advance if there are specific neighbor dogs/humans your dog can say Hi to!

• Pet Taxi & Backup Emergency Contact: You can list us as an emergency contact for sitters, boarding, or groomers. We are also insured to provide dog taxi transportation to the vet, groomer, etc. (rates vary).

• Plan B & Professional Courtesy: Having a backup pet care professional on your team is great practice—we won't be offended and can even provide referrals!

• Offboarding: If your circumstances change and you choose to end services, ample notice is greatly appreciated. All keys and garage openers will be promptly returned.
